2. Description of Services

Luxara Corporation develops and provides AI-powered tools and digital infrastructure, including but not limited to:

  • StudiqAI — An AI-powered study companion with Tutors, Exam Prep, and Battle Mode.
  • Macex — A prompt-based video editing tool that uses AI to interpret natural language instructions.
  • Future products and services as they are developed and released.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are in early development and services may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

4. Waitlist & Early Access

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access or a specific timeline for access. Waitlist numbers are assigned for organizational purposes and do not represent a binding queue position. We may grant or deny access at our sole discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit our platforms.
  • Upload harmful code, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platforms — including but not limited to code, designs, logos, branding, and documentation — are owned by Luxara Corporation unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User Content

By submitting content (including prompts, media, feedback, or suggestions) to our services, you grant Luxara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and operating our services. You retain ownership of your original content.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (below). By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing. We implement reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Firebase, Google, Apple). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. Luxara is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxara Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxara Corporation, its founders, affiliates, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luxara Corporation operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
